Joan T. Lurty, 78 of Wheeling, WV died October 11, 2019. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, John and Stella (Biela) Paul, her husband, Robert Lurty and her daughter, Lisa Lurty.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
