Semper Fi Paving and Chris Jewel spent Wednesday at the Martins Ferry Veterans Memorial Recreation Center paving the parking lot at no cost to the city. The lot will remain closed until the pavement dries. The rec center will still be open to the public. Mayor John Davies says the city is extremely grateful.
