ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Former Martins Ferry volunteer fire chief William Rinderer was indicted Wednesday on one count of gross sexual imposition and pandering of a minor. Rinderer was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Friday in Belmont County Eastern Division Court before Judge Adam Myser.
