PAUL LOY

Paul Reed Loy, 97, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died May 7, 2026 in WVU Wheeling Hospital. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, on October 3, 1928, a son of the late Robert Enoch Loy and Laura Evans Loy. Paul was a 1946 graduate of Holloway High School and went on to serve in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Paul worked as a carpenter for Loy’s Building Center in St. Clairsville. She was born on September 4, 1936, in Tiltonsville, OH, to the late John and Rose (Sutak) Vasas. In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Joseph Kuri Jr; her 2nd husband, Donald Wahonick; her son, Kurt Kuri; son-in-law, Anthony Notaro and her grandson, Kolin Kuri.
