She was born July 22, 1957, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late Elwood and Hilda Mae Baker Brandon. Terri was a former employee of Marshall’s in St. Clairsville and Kroger’s in Martins Ferry. She was a member of Old Wegee United Methodist Church in Shadyside.
