Shirley Ann Wilhelm, 90, of Morristown, Ohio, died Saturday, June 27, 2026, in Wheeling Hospital. She was born July 19, 1935, in Morristown, a daughter of the late Velma Marie McMillan Major and Oliver Cleveland Major. Shirley was a retired schoolteacher having taught at Centerville Elementary and in the Columbus School District. She was a member of the Rock Hill Baptist Church in Flushing, a member of the Belmont High School Alumni Association and member of the Red Hat Society. She was born on March 27, 1935, in Martins Ferry to Jack and Anna (Baldo) Kemo. Madelyn was a longtime member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry, where she served on numerous boards.
