She was born July 16, 1941 in providence, RI, the daughter of the late Francis Earl and Lillian Doyle Baxter. She was a retired nursing assistant from Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital; a catholic by faith; enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren; and loved flowers, birds and gardening.
