Donto Spong, 100, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Trinity West Medical Center, in Steubenville, OH. He was born January 31, 1924, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Dominic and Ada (Tesi) Spong. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Norma (Dolfi) Spong; his daughter, Donna Shannon; a brother, Alfred Spong and his sister, Sue Forte.
