Bobby Lynn Nolan Sr., 62, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, WV. He was born September 5, 1961 in Bellaire, OH, a son of the late Carma (Phillips) Nolan and Aubrey Nolan. Bob was a member of the Neff’s Rod and Gun Club and the Cave Club in Wheeling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant sister, Margaret Nolan.
