Marvin L. Bumgardner, Sr., 86, of Warnock, Ohio went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2024, in Wheeling, West Virginia. He was born April 28, 1937, in Warnock, Ohio, to the late Lawrence E. and Mildred P. (Kettlewell) Bumgardner as the oldest of seven children. Marvin was a 1955 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. Elizabeth A. “Betty” Ryan, 94, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Belmont Manor Nursing Home. She was born July 22, 1929 in Bellaire; the daughter of the late Matthew T. and Mary M. Loksa Kuchinka. Betty was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Bellaire and TOPS.
