Tina Kaye Neiswonger, 61, of Barnesville, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Astoria Place of Barnesville. She was born on July 30, 1962, in Barnesville to Don Lasley and Evelyn (Giesey) Beckett. Tina was a graduate of Barnesville High School and of Belmont College with a degree in Psychology. She was the Finance Manager at Olney Friends School. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and Barnesville Alumni Band. She was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan. Richard “Rich” Bell, 82, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2023 at the Reynolds Memorial Hospital WVU Medicine in Glen Dale, West Virginia. He was born June 25, 1941in Bellaire, Ohio a son to the late J. Prentice and Helen E. (Harbourt) Bell. He was a Presbyterian by faith and worked as a Senior Laboratory Technician until his retirement at Bayer. He was also a proud Veteran having served in the United States Army.
