Nancy Lou McConnell Gillogly, 91, of St. Clairsville, OH, died October 8, 2023, in East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry. She was born April 4, 1932, in Wheeling Township, Belmont County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Alexander Trueman McConnell and Mabel Doris McFarland McConnell. In addition to her parents, her husband of 69 years, Eugene “Gene” Gillogly; her brother, Alex, and sister, Patricia preceded her in death.
