Roger Keith Carpenter, 73, of Bowerston, Ohio, died October 5, 2023, in Barnesville Hospital. He was born June 24, 1950, a son of the late Bernard and Helen Kanzigg Carpenter. Roger was a retired truck driver from J.B. Hunt, he formerly owned and operated his own milk truck and had worked farming and for Belmont Mills. He was a member of the FFA, enjoyed playing euchre and attending festivals. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Isaac Blake and sister, Deanna Rae Carpenter. Jeanne Ann Kigerl, 73, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died September 29, 2023, in OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. She was born May 11, 1950, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Mary Augusta Schick McKelvey and Thomas Willard McKelvey. Jeanne was a retired counselor from the former Wheeling Jesuit University and Belmont College. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville and was one of the founding board members of the current Tri-County Help Center. Russ was born to Daniel and Dolores Jones on December 4, 1933, in West Wheeling, Ohio. He was a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and loved attending their reunions.
