John “Bud” Lewis Sneddon Sr., 83, of Bethesda, OH passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Barnesville Hospital. He was born February 16, 1940 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late John and Nora Culley Sneddon. John was a retired office executive of the former Wheeling- Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, where he worked for 49 years. He was a Catholic by faith. John was a member of the St. Clairsville Ruritan Club and the Wheeling Board of Realtors, and proudly served in the U.S. Army as a medic.
