She was born November 20, 1946, in Fairmont, WV, a daughter of the late William E. and Willa R. (Murphy) Ritchey. She was a housewife, and an employee of the former Hart’s Family Center Bridgeport and the Fidelity Bank in Martins Ferry and St. Clairsville.
