Carol Mowrey, 81, of St. Clairsville, passed away at home surrounded by family and friends on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on December 20, 1944, Carol was the daughter of the late Ed and Ann (Anuskewicz) Wasco. She was a proud graduate of Bellaire High School, class of 1962, and went on to earn her nursing degree from the Ohio Valley General Hospital School of Nursing in 1965.
