Jeanne Ann Kigerl, 73, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died September 29, 2023, in OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. She was born May 11, 1950, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Mary Augusta Schick McKelvey and Thomas Willard McKelvey. Jeanne was a retired counselor from the former Wheeling Jesuit University and Belmont College. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville and was one of the founding board members of the current Tri-County Help Center. Russ was born to Daniel and Dolores Jones on December 4, 1933, in West Wheeling, Ohio. He was a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and loved attending their reunions.
