Judith Ann Thomas, 79, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away on Saturday February 25, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born on March 20, 1943, the daughter of the late Edwin and Sivila (Morgan) Edmunds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John. She was a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and Ohio University. Judy was a kindergarten teacher before becoming a mother. She was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Harrisville, OH.
