HERBERT EUGENE THOENEN
Herbert Eugene “Gene” Thoenen, 94, of St. Clarsville, Ohio, went home to be with his Lord, surrounded by family on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Shadyside Care Center. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio, on December 9, 1931, son of the late Herbert Athens Thoenen and Virginia Bass Thoenen. Gene was a retired senior systems analyst from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation.
