Catherine “Cathy” Ann (Landers) Perkins of Belmont, OH, died January 21, 2026. She was born in Syracuse, NY, on October 13, 1946, to Edith Catherine (Tobin) Landers and Maurice Keefe (Red) Landers. She grew up in Conneaut, OH graduating from Conneaut High School in 1964. Cathy earned a degree in Accounting from Bliss College in Columbus, OH and worked at Ohio State where she met her future husband of 57 years – Roger Perkins.
