Roy Mazzer, 94, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died peacefully January 23, 2023 at his home. He was born April 29, 1928, a son of the late John Mazzer and Theresa Della Gustina Mazzer. Roy was a retired ceramic tile contractor and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church; A Life Member of the American Legion Post 159; the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5356; the Sons of Italy and Lansing Sportsmans Club. Mark Eugene West, 66, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died January 20, 2023, in Cumberland Pointe Care Center. He was born October 1, 1956, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a son of the late Charles West and Dorothy Mae Poludniak McCluskey. Mark was the former owner of Imagination Unlimited Tattooing in Shadyside, Ohio. He was a 1974 graduate of Martins Ferry High School.
