Randy L. Ramsey Jr, 42, of Bellaire, OH, passed away peacefully, Sunday November 20, 2022 at WVU Wheeling Hospital after a brief battle with cancer. Randy was born December 16, 1979 in Bellaire, OH. He was employed at Freno’s Bar as a bartender. Randy was known for his kind and gentle nature and his willingness to help anyone. He was an avid lover of all animals, especially his dogs and cat, Louie, Mazi, Doug, Max, Morrison and his best fur friend Jack. Janet Lee Hupp was born January 11, 1940 in Wheeling, West Virginia, the daughter of Charles and Rose (Cook) Smith. She passed from this life November 9, 2022 in Leander, Texas at the age of 82. Janet had lived in Leander since 1991. She moved to Texas from Bridgeport, Ohio in 1984. She enjoyed playing the lottery, cooking, baking and crossword puzzles. She and Richard Hupp, Sr. were united in marriage in January of 1958 and he preceded her in death on May 7 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents, siblings and a daughter, Linda Studley. Mildred (Mikesinovich) Mamula, 99 passed away at Astoria Place in Barnesville, OH. She was born January 31, 1923, in Dilles Bottom, OH a daughter of the late Mike and Bertha (Visnic) Mikesinovich. She was a member of the Serbian Orthodox Church of Steubenville, OH. She probably would not have lived so long if it were not for her membership in the Martins Ferry Senior Center. Mildred so enjoyed going there. She lived through the great depression and WWII in the Mansfield Defense Factory Welding Pontoon. From there she went to Dravo Neville Island and welded in the shipyard. ...
