Margaret Joan (Duvall) Shepherd, 93, Bethesda, Ohio died on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at her home. She was born on May 6, 1929 in Woodsfield, Ohio, daughter of Anna Lee Duvall Jackson and Jack Duvall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Allen Shepherd. At the time of his death on June 12, 2001 they had been married 52 years. Joan was also preceded in death by her son, Charles Shepherd; grandparents, Dora and Samuel Riemenschneider; and her special aunt, Inza Jackson Stephen. Ronald Eugene Kaufman of Cadiz, OH, passed away November 14, 2022. Born December 2, 1940, he was the son of the late Warren Harding Kaufman and Juanita Scheiderer Kaufman. He graduated from North High School in Columbus, OH and took many college and special training courses also. He was the hardest working man I ever knew. Mary Frances Bricco, age 85, of The Villages, FL, died Fri, Nov 11, 2022. She was born on May 23, 1937, in Wheeling, W.V., a daughter of the late Lawrence and Anna (Liebold) Lotz. She married Ronald Bricco on May 25, 1957, in Bellaire, OH. He preceded her in death on August 4, 2005. Mary enjoyed bowling on the Belle Aire Bowling League, walking her dog Sofia at the Springdale dog park area, and gardening. Phyllis A. Nelms, 88, of Shadyside died Monday, November 14, 2022, at Shadyside Care Center. She was born September 3, 1934 in Bellaire ,Ohio, a daughter of the late Delmas and Elsie (Burda) Nelms Phyllis was retired from the Switzerland of Ohio School District, where she taught for many years.
