Raymond Stewart Stephen, 81, of Wooster passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare. He was born May 24, 1941 in Harrison Co., Ohio to Leslie R. and Addie I. Stewart Stephen. On June 18, 1965, he married Judy Eileen Griswold. She preceded him in death. Raymond was a graduate of Franklin High School in New Athens, Ohio. He retired from Consolidated Coal in Cadiz after over 30 years. Raymond enjoyed working on cars and watching the Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey Team.
