Cynthia Dobrovich, 68, of Bellaire, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation. She was born on October 27, 1953 in Bellaire, Ohio, daughter of the late Albert and Bridget (Connors) Dobrovich. She was a member of the St. John Catholic Church, Bellaire, Ohio. Cynthia loved angels and loved her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Patrick Dobrovich and Michael Dobrovich. Walter Waligura Jr. passed away due to an accident at his home in Lakeview, Ohio on Monday Oct 3, 2022. Walt was born to Sophie (Kulasa) Waligura and Walter Waligura Sr. on Sept. 5, 1946, in Wheeling, West Virginia. He was brought up in Dillonvale, Ohio. He attended St. Adalbert Catholic School and Dillonvale High School where he was the historian of his class. Catherine Jane Ramsay, 77, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tues. Sept. 27, 2022, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Catherine was born Feb. 12, 1945, to the late Wallace Boyd Ramsay and Wilda Mae (Abel) Ramsay. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother.
