Cynthia Lynn Simpson, 69 of Martins Ferry passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, October 17, 2022, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, WV. She was born July 9, 1953, the daughter of Jennie (Josefczyk) Hritz and the late Edward Hritz. She was a 1971 graduate of St. John Central High School in Bellaire and a 1973 graduate of Jefferson Technical Institute as a Dental Assistant. Mildred Alice Kimball, 92, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at her daughter’s home. She was born July 5, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan a daughter of the late William R. and Elsie Fulcomer Reed. Mildred was a graduate of Grant Hospital School of Nursing. She retired as a Registered Nurse after working many years at Alvis House in Columbus, Ohio. He was born February 25, 1966 in Wheeling, WV., a son of the late Stanley an Kathryn Makofsky Kozlowski. He graduated in 1984 from St. Clairsville High School where he played varsity football. She was born January 9, 1942, the daughter of the late Paul E. and Anna C.
