Carl Joseph Pierce, 78, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born October 4, 1947, at home in Glencoe, Ohio a son of the late Joseph Robert Pierce and Elizabeth Ann Seevers Pierce. He was a retired coal miner for the Saginaw Mining Company. He was a member of the UMWA and the former Glencoe United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, watching NASCAR and football, and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. Ken was born on August 5, 1940, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Anthony and Alma (Deluca) DelVecchio. She was born on April 1,1940, outside of Holloway, Ohio, to the late Charles and Frances (Gibbs) Nester. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth W.
