Marianne S. Millward, 82, of Piedmont, Ohio, passed away on September 11, 2025, at the Meadows of Cadiz with her family by her side. She was born on January 4, 1943, in Harrison County, Ohio, to the late Martin and Dortha Taylor Elizeus. Marianne worked for the Freeport Press for many years. She was a member of the Moorefield Township Fireman’s Auxiliary for many years. Brian W. Brown, 58, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died as a result of a tractor accident on September 11, 2025. He was born April 26, 1967, a son of Violet J. Boggs Brown Adams, and the late Carl W.
