Occupation: Elected in November 2011 as Colerain Township fiscal officer. Reelected in 2015, 2019 and 2023. Will begin fourth term April 1.

Goals: Revitalize economic development in Belmont County; address issues at the animal shelter by appointing an oversight board to report back to commissioners; bring volunteers back to the shelter; help fund animal groups; get water to Belmont County residents who do not have it; work with department heads and employees to determine needs so they can be better equipped to do their jobs; put projects and funding in place with American Rescue Plan Act funds to help departments and political subdivisions to rebuild reserves that will enhance stability and cover temporary operating shortfalls until economic conditions and operations normalize.
