POWHATAN POINT — Keith and Jean (Steele) Wisor are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary today, March 9. They were united in marriage in 1963, at the South Bellaire Methodist Church. They are parents of two daughters, Jodi (Darren) Ross of Jamestown, Ohio and Diana (Steve) White of Zanesville. They have six grandchildren, Cody, Lanae, Haley, Robyn, Eryca of Zanesville, Damian is serving his country in Iraq; a granddaughter-in-law, Raechelle and a new great-grandson, Lucas of Jamestown, Ohio.

40th wedding anniversary: Koteles

BELLAIRE - Bob and Andrea Koteles are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage at St. John’s Church in Bellaire by Monsignor Paul Metzger. Koteles, the son of the late Mary and Julius Koteles, is retired from the Martins Ferry plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. His wife is the daughter of the late Rose and Andy Bushilla and is a retired medical secretary. ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Robert D. Fulton Sr. and Mary E. Fulton celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Friday, Feb. 22. They were united in marriage Feb. 22, 1958 in Bridgeport, with brother George Rinkes officiating at the ceremony. Fulton is the son of the late Charles Franklin Fulton and Frances Ruth Edmiston Fulton, formerly of Lafferty. He retired as police chief from Yorkville in 1992 and police and fire dispatcher in Martins Ferry in 2001, after serving more than 35 years in law enforcement. BOB and Betty Lucas of Beallsville, observed their 60th wedding anniversary on March 15, 2008. A celebration in their honor is being planned by their children: Nancy of Worthington, Ohio; Toni of Beallsville, Tim of Corinth, Texas, Clint of New Freedom, Pa., Wade of Uniontown, Ohio and Jodi of Pataskala. They also have one son, Bobby, who is deceased; 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren complete the family circle.
