Joseph John Roy, 85, of Pleasant Grove died Monday, May 20, 2024, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia. He was born December 12, 1938 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a son of the late Joseph and Emma Julia (Veloski) Roy. Joe was a 1956 graduate of Martins Ferry High School. Following graduation, he embarked on a twenty year career in the United States Air Force. Following his military career, he worked in administration at the Belmont-Harrison Vocational School District for the next twenty-two years until his retirement.
