She was born September 21, 1931, in Barton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Joseph Christy and Margaret Morgan Christy. Beulah was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. She was a member of the St. Clairsville American Legion Auxiliary Post 159, a former member of the St. Clairsville Chapter 510, Order of Eastern Star and the Daughters of the Nile, Wardah Husan Temple 53.
