Jeffrey L. Morris Jr, 46, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away, Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at his home. Jeff was born January 7, 1977, in Wheeling WV, to Jeffrey Morris Sr and the late Belinda Brautigam. In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Ivy Kurucz; sister, Pamela Jo (Robert) Blount; Stepmother, Tammy Schrader; stepbrother, Matthew Morris; and several aunts and uncles. She was born on March 20, 1943, the daughter of the late Edwin and Sivila (Morgan) Edmunds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John.
