Ruth Ann Ripoly, 79, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Wheeling Continuous Care in Wheeling, West Virginia. She was born February 22, 1943 in Bellaire, Ohio a daughter of the late Lawrence “Fritz” and Ruth Burkhart. Ruth attended Shadyside High School and was a graduate of Scott College of Cosmetology. She was a hairdresser before her marriage to Frank Ripoly. They had two sons, Rome and Rico Ripoly. Ruth Ann also did in-home care several years before retiring from Dr. Wiley’s office. She was born June 27, 1935, the daughter of the late Edgar G. and Elizabeth (Brun) Tanley Catherine was a retired receptionist for the Wheeling YWCA, and an accomplished musician, mastering many different musical instruments. She was the organist for the Rayland Presbyterian Church, Glen Robbins Presbyterian Church, Yorkville Methodist Church, and the Rayland Methodist Church. Steele, 96, of Bellaire Ohio passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday afternoon, October 31, 2022 at her home She was born February 10, 1926 in Temperanceville, Ohio a daughter of the late Patrick and Bertha (McLaughlin) McCort. Edna was a graduate of Somerton High School. She was a hairdresser and homemaker by trade.
