WHEELING ­ Police say a man’s attack on a pregnant woman caused severe damage to her fetus. Around 2:30 p.m. on April 27, police responded to Catholic Charities in Wheeling regarding a physical disturbance. At the scene, police spoke with the alleged victim, who directed them to Justin Johnson, 31, of Moundsville. The two had allegedly argued, the woman said, after an intimate encounter.
