The couple was united in marriage, Aug. 15, 1958.Both are retired but Wines still does police duty for the Village of Belmont and is a council person for the Village of Bethesda.They are parents of three children: Bill (Lori) Wines, Jeff (Kami) Wines, and Michele (David) Plumly.
