Roger and Lori Roberts of Wintersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly, to Alex Apyan, son of Paul and Laura Apyan of Chattanooga, Tenn.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology. She will graduate in May with a masters of education degree in school counseling from Xavier University.

Her finance is a 2007 graduate of Hixon High School and a 2012 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor of science degree in aerospace engineering. He is employed at NASA’s Johnson Space Center.

A wedding is planned for June 28 at Drees Pavilion in Covington, Ky.
