Charity Lynn Rogers and Nicholas Michael May were united in marriage Saturday, June 21 at 3:30 p.m. in a double ring ceremony at Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church in Shadyside. The bride was escorted by her father.

Parents of the bride are Brian and Regina Rogers of Shadyside. Parents of the groom are Mike and Tammy May, also of Shadyside.

Vanessa Weekley served as maid of honor. Zach Tyo served as best man. Other attendants were Lauren May, Amie Booth, Cynthia West, Danielle Glavaris, Brian Rogers Jr, Cody Ellis, Jake Palmer and Ricky Rhodes. Maci Kolkedy served as flower girl.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2012 graduate of Belmont College with an associate’s degree in registered nursing. She is currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in nursing from West Liberty University. She is employed by Belmont Community Hospital as a Registered Nurse.

Her husband is a 2007 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2009 graduate of Belmont College with a degree in Industrial Electronics. He is employed by Frontier Communications as a cable splicer.

After a honeymoon to Riviera Maya, the couple reside in Bellaire.
