Rhonda Lynn Dunder and David Russell Metcalf were united in marriage on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27, 2014 at 3 p.m. on the beach of Ocho Rios, Jamaica at the Jewel Dunn’s River Resort with Minister Black officiating.

Parents of the bride are Ronald and Irene (Aleva) Dunder of St. Clairsville. Mother of the groom is Linda Metcalf of Lyndonville, N.Y.

Shaunna Dunder Hershberger served as matron of honor, and Justin Hershberger served as the best man.

The bride is a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2002 graduate of Marshall University with a master’s (M.A.) degree in psychology and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in school psychology. She is currently employed as a school psychologist at the Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency in St. Johns, Mich.

Her husband is a graduate of L.A. Webber High School in Lyndonville, N.Y. He is the owner of both DMI Sheet Metal in Lansing, Mich. and Action Roofing in Grand Haven, Mich.

Following their honeymoon in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple reside in Laingsburg, Mich.
