ST. CLAIRSVILLE — For those interested in enrolling their child in the St. Clairsville Preschool Program, interest forms are available during February at the elementary school office and online at stcschools.com. All completed interest forms must be submitted to the elementary school office between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. by Feb. 29 to be considered. A lottery drawing will take place following the application period.

Applications can be filled out for children 3-5 years of age, with priority given to children eligible for kindergarten the following school year. St. Clairsville-Richland City School District guidelines for kindergarten eligibility state that children must be 5 years of age on or before Aug. 1 of the enrolling school year.
