At 10:27 p.m. Sunday, a deputy was out with a suspicious vehicle on National Road in St. Clairsville. A male was just dumpster diving, according to the report.
At 8 p.m. Sunday, a complainant from Patterson Hill Road in Bellaire came to the station to report that a male had his side by side stored in his garage, and he would not allow access to it. He said he believed the male was also damaging the side by side. The complainant wanted to try to retrieve it before filing a report.
At 7:09 p.m. Sunday, loss prevention personnel at Walmart in St. Clairsville reported that two males with full shopping cars were outside in the parking lot loading their car. Several units responded.
At 7:07 p.m. Sunday, a complainant came to the station to report that her ex-husband was stalking her. She was advised to get in contact with the courts.
At 6:24 p.m. Sunday, a caller at Hawthorne Suites on National Road in St. Clairsville reported that a person was assaulted and robbed. The individual denied emergency medical service and was waiting in the lobby. Deputies responded and took information for a report.
At 12:41 p.m. Sunday, a caller from Ray Ramsey Road in Jacobsburg reported a neighbor dispute over a side by side. Parties were advised that this was a civil issue.
At 12:40 p.m. Sunday, an officer responded to the Pilot Travel Center on Belmont-Morristown Road in Belmont for a report of an accident involving two semis. There was property damage only — no injuries, according to the report.
At 11 a.m. Sunday, units responded to a report of a traffic accident with property damage only involving a truck that went over a hill near Love’s on Belmont-Morristown Road in Belmont.
At 8:32 a.m. Sunday, a 911 hangup call was received from an address on Columbia Street in Fairpoint. All was OK, according to the report.
At 3:33 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported that they had made a reservation at a hotel on National Road in St. Clairsville, and now they were refusing to house them. Officers responded and advised them that this was a civil matter.
At 2:27 a.m. Sunday, a 911 call with static on the line was received from an address on Maynard Road in St. Clairsville. A deputy responded and reported that all was fine.
At 2:04 a.m. Sunday, a caller from Sheetz on Addie Way in St. Clairsville reported that there were intoxicated juveniles there. Officers responded and located two juveniles. No one was driving. Their parents were called, and the juveniles were released to their parents.
At 1:47 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that someone in a truck was doing burnouts and yelling out the window on Clark Street in Holloway. A deputy responded and found the vehicle in question parked with no one around.
At 1:46 p.m. Sunday, a 911 hangup call was received from an address on Breezy Point Lane in Bellaire. Dispatch called back, and a female answered. She said there was no emergency. A deputy responded and spoke to her. She denied calling 911 and said all was OK. According to the report, mental issues may be involved.
At 1:23 a.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that a suspicious truck was in her driveway at Sandstone Way in St. Clairsville. Officers responded, but reported that the truck belonged to a brother-in-law.
At 11:36 p.m. Monday, a caller from Lansing Garden Apartments on Commercial Drive in Bridgeport requested a welfare check on a juvenile.
Officers spoke with Coleman’s Health Services, and they were to perform an assessment.
At 9:38 p.m. Monday, a caller from an address on Country Lake Drive in St. Clairsville reported that she heard someone banging on the door, but did not see anything out of order. She requested that someone drive by and check the area. An officer did so, but did not locate anyone.
At 9:05 p.m. Monday, a caller from Walmart in St. Clairsville said three people reported that a male wearing all black with a blue hat was following them around the store. An officer responded.
At 8:42 p.m. Monday, a representative of the front desk at the Days Inn West on Holiday Drive in St. Clairsville reported they received a call about a guest abusing children in a room. Officers responded and reported that everything was OK there. They had a non-verbal child who was having a meltdown, according to the report.
At 6:53 p.m. Monday, a caller from an address on Ray Ramsay Road in Bellaire reported that a male struck him with a baseball bat. The caller was refusing EMS. An officer responded. Bill’s Towing took possession of the side-by-side, which according to previous reports, was a source of the dispute.
At 3:04 p.m. Monday, officers responded to the Dollar General on Central Avenue in Shadyside to assist police on a call regarding a shoplifter. The suspect was reportedly sitting in a car outside of the store. The juvenile was released to his mother, according to the report.
At 11:33 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to an address on East Street in Pultney Township regarding a dispute over personal property.
At 10:45 a.m. Monday, a deputy responded to an address on North Zane Highway in Martins Ferry to assist with an eviction and lockout of a former tenant.
