At 7:12 p.m. Tuesday, an officer on a traffic stop on National Road in St. Clairsville near East Richland Market issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for improper display. At 6:39 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to Bel-Capri Apartments in Pultney Township for a report of a fight involving four males. Officers reported that the fight was over lost keys.
