ST. CLAIRSVILLE – A jury found Holloway Mayor Joseph Schaeffer guilty on one of two charges connected to his alleged threats against the Belmont County Courthouse.

Schaeffer was convicted Wednesday of aggravated menacing, but jurors determined he was not guilty of inducing panic.

Sentencing is scheduled for 1:15 p.m. July 15 in Western Division Court.
