BONNIE BRICE
Bonnie Lee Brice, a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2025, at the age of 77 at WVU Medicine – Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born on April 7, 1948, in Bellaire, OH, to the late Thomas and Bertha Gail (Rushman) Crooks. Bonnie spent her life dedicated to nurturing her family and creating a warm and loving home.
Bonnie was known for her adventurous spirit and love of travel. She journeyed across the world alongside her husband, John, during his time in the service, creating cherished memories and lifelong friendships. Her passion for history and community service led her to volunteer at the Imperial Glass Museum in Bellaire, OH, where she shared her knowledge and enthusiasm with visitors from near and far.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Benea’ Leegail. Bonnie’s legacy continues through her beloved husband of 25 years, John Brice, and her cherished son, Thomas Crooks, and his spouse, Patricia Gail, of Shadyside, OH. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends for her kindness, laughter, and unwavering love.
In accordance with her family’s wishes, a private visitation will be held at their convenience. Bonnie’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched throughout her life.
