Thomas Paul White “Whitey”, 67, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the Cleveland Clinic, with his wife, Jamie, and his son, Chad, at his side. He was born on July 24, 1956, in Wheeling, WV, to the late John E. and Thelma White. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his in-laws, James J. and JoAnne Puskas and sister in-law, Cathy Bernardo. Tom enjoyed driving his 1928 Model A Ford.
