Clarence Vernon Garloch, Jr. 83, of Glencoe, Ohio, died May 23, 2024, at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, in Morgantown, West Virginia. He was born December 2, 1940, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Clarence V. Garloch Sr. and Mary Maudel Riggs Garloch. Junior was a retired coal miner from North American Coal Company Powhatan #3 Mine. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and always spoiling his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
