Margaret Elaine (Manion) Stoffer, age 82, passed away on May 1, 2024. She was a beloved mother, grandmother (MeMe) and great-grandmoth- er, wife and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Margaret was born on June 5, 1941 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Thomas and Geneva Manion. She spent her formative years living in Wheeling Island, WV, attending St. Joseph’s Academy for Girls. He was born on June 27, 1938, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late John and Evelyn (Briggs) Valenti. In addition to his father, Pete was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Bloom; half- brother Louis Wolfe and his grandson, Nickolas Wolfe.
