William E. Bowman (Bill) 62 of Steubenville, OH entered into eternal rest on April 26,2024 at Villa Vista nursing home. Born in Columbus, the son of the late William and Carol (Hutchinson) Bowman, Bill was a Catholic by faith and member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville, OH. At 17, Bill was the rear passenger in an auto accident resulting in him being in a coma for 3 months and partially paralyzed.
