Julia Ann Proger Moorehead Neitzelt, 85, of Glencoe, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord, March 23, 2024. She was born October 8, 1938, in Dunglen, Ohio, a daughter of the late Elizabeth Proger Burdess. Julia was a retired employee of the Belmont Habilitation Center and the McCrory’s Store both in St. Clairsville. She was a 1956 Bellaire High School Graduate, a member of the Glencoe Senior Center, and the Glencoe American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed watching birds, fishing, and mowing her grass.
