Anna Marie Holt, 45, of Bellaire, OH passed away on July 7, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born on October 8, 1977 to the late Thomas Dale Holt, and surviving Beverly June (Fitch) Holt. She is also survived by three sisters, Jenny (Mark) Peltz, Pamala Ward, and Kimberly (Barnard) Harris, all of Bellaire; nephews Justin Ward-Peltz, Brandon Ward, and Devin Ward; Nieces Lakeisha Ward, Shania Ward, Tyrah Ward, and Markiah Peltz; several loving Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and great nieces and nephews. She was born January 1, 1941, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Nicola and Rose (Palorsi) Falcioni. In addition to her parents, Annette was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Marsh and two brothers, Nicola Falcioni Jr and Richard Falcioni. She was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on March 14, 1937, to her late parents, Elva and Cora (Hughes) Crooks. Also, preceding Nancy in death was her husband, Philip C. He was born on September 19, 1936, in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Carl Albert and Martha (Winzenreid) Bluthardt. Ernest was Christian by faith, served his country in the U.S. Army in South Korea, was employed as an auto mechanic for many years and enjoyed riding motorcycles and traveling especially to Florida. Donna K. Hicks, 85 of London, died Saturday, July 8, 2023, at the Madison Senior Living Community, London. She was born March 21, 1938, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, the daughter of Anthony and Bessie (Pyles) Zoric. Donna was a HUGE Notre Dame fan and had been able to attend several games. She had been a member of the Martins Ferry Chamber of Commerce for many years.
