Elizabeth Ann Kennedy, 74, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, formerly of Shadyside, Ohio passed away Monday, December 26, 2022 at the Wheeling Hospital- WVU Medicine. She was born on February 27, 1948 in Bellaire, Ohio to the late Emil and Mary (Chaborka) Berka. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rosemary Valerio, and brothers, Emil Berka and Frank Berka. Thomas M. Tisher, age 68, of Hannibal, OH passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022, at his residence. He was born September 13, 1954, in New Martinsville, WV, son of the late Donald and Erma (Potts) Tisher. Tom was a retired teacher with Switzerland of Ohio Schools and Magnolia High School. He was a lifelong and devoted member of the Hannibal United Methodist Church, and was a member of the Moose Lodge 931 of New Martinsville. Mary Lou Baker, 96, of Belmont, OH passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022 at Forest Hill Nursing Home, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born October 29, 1926 in Businessburg, OH, a daughter of the late Wilbur Day and Ina Leona Finnicum Day Wood. Mary Lou was a homemaker and a member of United Wesleyan Church in Bellaire, OH.
