Dean Kemp, 62, of Barnesville, OH passed away unexpectedly in the morning of Nov 2, 2022. He was born on Jan 18, 1960 to the late Dallas and Wilma Jean Kemp (VanHorn) in Belmont, OH. Dean grew up on his parents’ dairy farm before pursuing a career in carpentry and construction. He worked for 34 years at the Belmont, Barnesville, and Cambridge Post Offices where he started as a clerk and carrier before finding a home as a maintenance custodian. Ruth Ann Ripoly, 79, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Wheeling Continuous Care in Wheeling, West Virginia. She was born February 22, 1943 in Bellaire, Ohio a daughter of the late Lawrence “Fritz” and Ruth Burkhart. Ruth attended Shadyside High School and was a graduate of Scott College of Cosmetology. She was born June 27, 1935, the daughter of the late Edgar G. and Elizabeth (Brun) Tanley Catherine was a retired receptionist for the Wheeling YWCA, and an accomplished musician, mastering many different musical instruments.
