Letter of Thanks
Dear Editor,
The Ladies Auxiliary of The American Legion Unit 159, St. Clairsville, would like the St.Clairsville Dollar Tree and the community for their efforts in collecting items for our Veterans Hospital trip.
We visited men and women in the VA Hospital in Chillicothe, OH on April 15th. Our trip was a huge success thanks to the generosity of the store and community. More than 600 items, including, phone cards, toothpaste, toothbrushes, reading glasses, puzzle books, shave cream, t-shirts, socks , candy and numerous other items were donated on that day and were very much appreciated. We hope to continue this joint effort in the future to benefit our Veterans. Also, a special Thank you to Claudia and Bob.

Letter of Thanks
Dear Editor,
I cannot express my appreciation enough for the diligent efforts by Chris Berhalter, the Prosecuting Attorney for Belmont County, for keeping our family so informed every step of the way throughout the entire process of finally bringing to a close the 28-year-old murder case of my son, Mark Withers.
Thanks to Fred Connors who wrote so many meaningful articles about the case and kept the public informed and aware of the investigation. Also, Charlie Snyder, of the BCI who never gave up. The kindness and courtesy he and his family showed me will never be forgotten.
The comments made by Judge Jennifer Sargus in court were heartfelt and gave me and my family relief and comfort.
Thanks to all for a job well done!
