Annual soccer camp back on schedule after flooding disruption

WHEELING – Christ Community Church in Wheeling hosts its 18th annual soccer camp this weekend, with about 300 youths expected to attend. The camp takes place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday-Tuesday at the Linsly School. Preregistration is closed, but those interested still can register on site. It is open to boys and girls ages 4-10. Belmont County road projects continue ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The Ohio Department of Transportation announced several ongoing construction projects in Belmont County that may affect traffic. Major work continues on the Interstate 70 and state Route 149 interchange improvement project at Exit 208 near Morristown. One lane of traffic is being maintained on I-70 during construction.
